Cartegraph was purchased by growth-by-acquisition focused OpenGov, who has since been acquired by Cox Enterprises. As Cartegraph morphs into OpenGov and as Cox Enterprises now takes hold, Novotx continues to deliver new ideas and consistent innovation to utilities and local governments everywhere. 


In place of buying software and glueing pieces together, Novotx has taken a different approach. Our platform has been designed and built by the same team from the beginning; no separate pieces to integrate, just a truly cohesive and comprehensive solution.

We don't think that welding the driver side from a Ford to the passenger side of a Chevy works very well, so we've built our own platform.
